Guided by its founder and CEO, Deb Ward, Televergence has a legacy of deep experience in the channel and telecommunications industry and an unparalleled customer service account retention record with the average customer relationship exceeding 15 years or longer. Deb is the first and current Chairwoman of INCOMPAS (formerly known as Comptel) and is on the board of advisors for the Alliance of Channel Women.
CTO, David Deutsch, has extensive technical expertise in the contact center telecommunications space and manages the Company’s fully staffed, U.S. based Network Operating Center (NOC). He leads a technical team with expertise with most legacy and next-gen platforms; including Acculabs, Asterisk, Avaya, Brooktrout, Dialogic, Nobel Systems, Nortel, Survox and Voxco (to name a few). The company maintains an on-premise TDM to VoIP conversion program for systems not yet SIP enabled.
VP OF SALES + CHANNEL CHIEF
Ira, a 30+ year telecom executive, has a Service As A Competitive Advantage philosophy, strategically helping agent partners and customers exceed their revenue, margin, and ROI, including all facets of voice, data, IP and Cloud platforms. His current focus is Inbound Toll-Free and Outbound Long Distance for contact centers, nonprofits, public opinion campaigns, and other large users. He actively participates in the Insights Association and various non-profit events as part of Televergence’s “Giving Back” program.
OFFICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Krisney’s role is integral to onboarding new agent partners and end-user customers. She oversees the commission calculations and payments for the agent partners and ensures end-user customer invoices are accurate. She is relied upon by all to ensure adherence to the SOPs.
VP OF OPERATIONS
Ted’s contributions to the switch site include customer acquisitions, provisioning, installations, network monitoring, and analysis. He is also responsible for customer service, including customer management, trouble tickets, and troubleshooting.
His experience and expertise include certifications with SSCA SIP, Digital Telecom Meridian Norstar and Meridian SL-1, BICSI, 3M SC & ST Fiber Termination, Fujitsu Sonet, and Cisco Router Fundamentals.
NETWORK PROVISIONING & ORDER MANAGEMENT
Elias provides customer support and service, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. He processes customer VoIP provisioning, including interop and testing. He is responsible for converting vendor rate sheets into the proper format for uploading into the various Televergance switching systems; including Denovo, PeerEdge, Enghouse Systems’ Pulse SCP, and SwitchRay’s SRS-4500.
