TSI, a Facilities Based Telecom Carrier, to Provide Wholesale Voice Pricing to Enterprise Customers via Agent Channel

 

Strategy - TSI is proud to announce an expanded suite of services for our Agent Partners to be introduced at the Spring Channel Partners Event, Las Vegas – 2010. TSI will provide wholesale pricing to enterprise/end user customers on behalf of our Agent Partners.  TSI’s portfolios of products include, dedicated 1+, International 1+, SIP Trunking and Toll Free with the option of the “Take Back and Transfer” feature.

As a TSI Agent Partner- you’ll receive access to a broad range of products and services; TDM and IP technology, as well as multiple preferred transport providers for the most cost effective access to your customer’s premises.

Master Agents - TSI will contract with a limited number of Master Agents as Strategic Business Partners to provide pricing previously reserved for TSI direct, carrier to carrier channel, while providing aggressive agent commissions.

Online Interface - TSI provides an online interface to support our Agent Partners. Password protected access contains pricing, contracts, provisioning forms, CDR analysis, ICB requests and much more at your fingertips.

Volume Commitments - TSI requires no take or pay volume usage commitments for new enterprise customers.

Exclusivity - TSI will earn and maintain our Agent Partners based on our performance. We do not require damage based exclusivity clauses to become a Strategic Agent Partner.

Resources - Agent Partners will have direct access to executive level contacts within TSI which allow the agent the ability to provide customized, out of the box solutions to meet the complex needs of their customers.

Complex Applications - Many of the successful customer applications for TSI are a result of creating complex telecom solutions designed by the TSI design team consisting of the industry’s most talented operations and engineering folks. Our design team works directly with the customer on behalf of our Agent Partners to qualify the opportunity from a technical standpoint and apply the latest IP and TDM technologies to meet your customer needs.

High Closing Percentage/Low Attrition rate - For qualified opportunities, in which our Agent Partners have relationships with decision makers, TSI has an extremely high closing percentage.  TSI has an extremely low attrition rate…We keep customers!!!
